Get Fit Bootcamp is a 60 minute bootcamp style class for teens and adults of all fitness levels, led by ACE Certified Instructor, Tera Busker.

 

If you are a beginner, an avid fitness enthusiast or just tired of the same routine come try this whole new approach to exercise…fun! Get Fit Bootcamp is a unique Bootcamp style class that combines BASIC cardio, strength training and core work all in an exciting 60 minute workout. This 10 session fitness program offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training – jam packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals.

Whether you want to shape up for summer, bust out of a fitness rut or just get fit before that special occasion, this is the program for you!

Please bring an exercise mat (if you have one), water & a great attitude!

Class is held in the Roberts Elementary School Large Gym (use rear entrance).

Mondays at 6:00 pm and

Thursdays at 6:30 pm at the Fitness To Go Studio

 Cost:  $10 per class / 10 class punch card $70 / 5 class punch card $40

 

Get Fit HIITZ

Get Fit HIITZ is a fast paced 45 minute class that will keep your heart rate elevated with fun and unique exercises that are guaranteed to give you results. Get Fit Bootcamp HIITZ uses High Intensity Interval Training, alternating between periods of “work” with periods of “rest”, to set your metabolism ON FIRE!!! This workout will leave you feeling strong, energized and motivated! This class is for everyone! Modifications can be made to make the workout just right for your fitness level. Take it down or kick it up a notch…..this class is what you make it! This weekly class is a great addition to Get Fit Bootcamp and a great way to take your workout to the next level.
